I’m glad you liked the seminar, and that you found things to relate to, I try to be as honest as possible about my own bad tendencies, as doing so makes me want to improve myself with the same energy as I had when I was just starting.
I feel that my progress started to move forward drastically the moment when I started being totally and even painfully honest and critical about my own playing, and that is something I recommend everyone to search from their own practicing and playing.
