In part 2 of this tutorial, we dive straight into the chord changes with two handed voicings and create an advanced ballad arrangement incorporating upper structure triads, suspended harmony and passing chords.
We will also apply block chords and drop 2 harmony to add emphasis and interest to the melody.
We finish the arrangement by reintroducing the 1625 progression and tagging the ending. Tagging the ending is a common device to end a tune and is used to add a sense of closure and finale to a performance.
