I didn’t create a transcription but I can create one if it would be helpful.
When I analyse these songs, I don’t transcribe the notation as I work out an approximation of the harmony and create my own voicings to fit more my personal tastes. This is what I try to teach in the seminars – the underlying theory of the harmony.
However, if the actual voicings would be useful for you on paper, I can create a document for this.
No need for the written transcription as I found these seminar videos explaining things with the lit-up keyboard is way more helpful! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
I do recommend to avoid transcriptions where possible.
It’s important to memorise voicings, progressions, fills, licks etc… in terms of scale degrees, and then we have the ‘blueprint’ to move this to any key.
I’m going to add a series of Transcription Exercises on Beegie Adair – covering her improvised fills on things like 251s and 3625s. This will be added to the licks and riffs library: https://www.pianogroove.com/licks-lines/ – more updates to follow.
If I can be of further assistance just let me know.

I really like this piece. Do you have your arranged transcript I could download?
Hayden says
Hi Joseph,
Apologies for the late reply here.
I will shortly be arranging this tune and adding it to our course on “Functional Harmony” : https://www.pianogroove.com/jazz-piano-lessons/functional-harmony-course/
“But Beautiful” will be the focus tunes in the module “Key Of G Major” and I will create a full transcription of the arrangement.
This will be finished this month.
Cheers,
Hayden
