Thanks so much for the course, which I have just finished. I really struggle with improvisation. Thank you for the explanations on triads in the first three lessons. I now understand the rationale for triads in a diminished chord for the first time and it was a lightbulb moment. The suggestion for practising on two chords in the last video struck a chord with me because I had already been doing this with a few tunes, for example the last two chords of “Raindrops keep falling on my head” – dm7, g7 or “sesame street” – c, g7sus and the realisation that I can expand this to many other two chord combinations was quite a revelation. Thanks so much for your courses and videos. You have helped me a lot.
