"Vou Vivendo" Arrangement
This lesson is a continuation of Jovino’s previous tutorial on the choro piece Vou Vivendo by Pixinguinha.
We explore how to add variations to a tune where the different sections of the form are repeated several times during a performance.
Jovino demonstrates this by combining the written melody of the tune with his own improvised ideas and phrases.
